1. After the products arrive at Yeybuy, the professional quality inspectors will check their appearance, such as color, large area of damage, stain, size, model, version number, etc. (e.g. for apparel, the remark left or the final modification shall prevail; the inspection is based on the size displayed on the label and tag, and issues such as color deviation and wrong sizes will not be checked);
2. As electronics and digital products are deemed special products, the quality inspectors will only check their appearance and if any accessory is missing. These products will not be powered on to check for quality problems;
3. After receiving the product, you can apply for after-sale service in case of any problems caused by inspection.
Scope of Inspection for Forwarding Service
1. If the parcel can be signed in for storage, the warehouse will get it weighed and stored according to its weight after receipt;
2. If the parcel is found to be seriously damaged when being signed in for storage, it will be rejected or returned directly.

1. if you've selected "Unpack & Inspect", we will check the products according to the links and remarks provided by you. When you submit the forwarding order, please provide accurate and detailed purchase info (such as color, quantity, size, etc.); if you have not selected "Unpack & Inspect", the warehouse will not unpack your parcel for inspection in principle;
2. Color deviation, wrong sizes, using effects, etc. will not be checked; as electronics and digital products are deemed special products, quality inspectors will only check their appearance, without powering them on for inspection;
3. For unconfirmed information, e.g. no major problems like obvious damage and stain, it will be deemed by default that you have reached an agreement with the seller;
4. After receiving your products, we will remind you to negotiate for product return by leaving a alert on relevant order if we find they are not suitable for shipping.
